2. What Firmiate Is

Firmiate is an AI-powered investment research tool. All reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Past analysis does not predict future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Firmiate does not manage assets, execute trades, or hold user funds.

3. Subscriptions

  • FREE: $0 — 5 lifetime reports, 50 follow-ups, no monthly reset
  • FLEX: $10/month — 20 reports and 200 follow-ups per billing cycle, monthly reset; additional reports available at $0.30 each
  • PRO: $20/month — 100 reports per billing cycle, unlimited follow-ups, Watchlist agent and Morning brief; additional reports available at $0.20 each
  • MASTER: $30/month — 200 reports per billing cycle, unlimited follow-ups, Watchlist agent and Morning brief; additional reports available at $0.15 each

4. Billing and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Firmiate and its operators are not liable for any investment decisions made based on content generated by the platform. All AI-generated analysis is experimental, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and should never be the sole basis for any financial decision.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
